  The question is, of course, is whether it is worth forking out another
  L99 for a Borland upgrade when I really won't be using the compiler
  itself all that much, especially as the reports so far indicate that
  the addition of OWL is just about the only change from version 1.5.
  It's a lot to pay for a class library that I'm unlikely ever to use.
