Even though this is not a BBS topic, I was told that this would be the
best place for it.  Well, not fully, A Bulletin Board System does benifit from
network hubs.
        I am looking for the best route, programs and documents to start my own
hub on a Windows 10 machine.  Something that once set up is mostly automated.
