Yes, we had also faced similar problem in ZFAX 4.01. This problem has been 
improved in ZFAX 4.02E. 
FYI, the voice commands have been slightly changed in Elite 2864, they are 
a bit different from those of U-1496 series.

We also verify your problem with ZFOSSIL driver in our office, some echos 
are introduced when using ZFOSSIL for voice playback. We will fix this bug 
as soon as possible.
Please use ZFAX 4.02E for your voice applications. You can get ZFAX 4.02E 
from your local distributor or the FTP site listed in my signature.
