i've also noticed times where it appears that a tic is sent out with no
file accompanying it to delete/remove a file from an area... allfix doesn't
know how to handle them and i have to create a zero-byte file for it to
process them properly... can you and anyone else hatching file removal tics
also ensure that a zero byte file of the desired name accompanies the tic?
preferably one of the same name.ext as the file being removed...
