It appears I started a discussion a few months back about how it was
_impossible_ to have a truely unbiased decision.  People have emotions and
unless they can shut them off completely they will be guided by them.  If
they are good at "playing judge" then they can (for the most
part) remain unbiased. When we are speaking quantitatively, even if
percentages could be given, there is a large difference between 75% versus
100%; especially if you are on the oppositing side of any ruling.  That
being realist point of view ..
