A lot of updates, which in my case includes getting my TV card working, if you 
don,t need anything like I do, stay with SuSE 9.0, just apply the online 
updates, which should cover all security problems and a few updates to the 
versions of software you installed, but not new versions, ie. not the latest 
and greatest.
