It doesnt happen for me. I automate the QWK runs, uploading the REP,
then downloading the QWK. The upload item is still there after the
download in the mail run I did this am.

I do occasionally just download a QWK without uploading the REP first,
in fact did so on the 1-Oct. There was still an upload item in the menu
after downloading the QWK in the log file.

Maximus/2 can be a bit quirky like that at times, presumably this is
just another of the quirks.
