I'm not exactly sure why that is. I think SBBS will set the CHRS according to
what I type. If it encounters a CP437 character it will show as such, and if I
type a UTF-8 character it'll change to UTF-8 4.
I never type anything outside of the regular ascii characters unless I quote
something.. so I'm not sure of that.
Is that CHRS really obsolete?
