Ok, I think I've fixed up netmail now so that your mail will get out.

Also, I'm now stripping the private flag on incoming messages in echos.

Also, I'll give myself some lashings for making changes on Friday morning
instead of Saturday afternoon (also because I enjoy it).

I just got an answer from Nigel about the netmail so I wanted to make the
change since I'm adapted to night shift at the moment (because I left work
at 7.30 am the other day, and 3am yesterday).  Actually, I will have done
an 80-hour week this week.  BFN.
