This was about radio receivers being illegal in Russia, not limited to
certain frequencies in North Korea.
If radio receivers are illegal in Russia, how can the Russian citizens
listen to even *Russain* transmitters?
Besides, if receivers are illegal in Russia are illegal, how do Russain HAMs
operate??
This gets to the point where trying to defend the statement that receivers
are illegal in Russia becomes indefensable.
