Have the borders between the west bank & Jordan & Gaza & Egypt
fully open. No road blocks etc by foreign occupying troops dictating
economic activity. Open the port & airport in Gaza.

It's not about a welfare safety net, it's about feeding prisoners. Gaza
& the West Bank are vast US funded prisons.
