Hi David,
My VAIO laptop with 128MB RAM, only has about 16MB of free RAM at
startup, using RAM Booster increases that a bit.
My eCS 1.1 with all LAN facilities up at boot only uses circa 90MB RAM
with the default 4MB JFS cache, less than eCS 1.0 with same configuration.
As Julian said ME was the primary disaster of the Y2K year!
