The voters chose Trump, and Trump has always been up-front about his pro-life 
stance. The "people" you're really talking about are career politicians.

Trump has always been up-front about scrapping ACA. So, we also voted for 
scrapping the ACA when we voted Trump into office. He hasn't pulled it off 
yet, but he's done other things that make up for it.
