ROFLMAO.....So the 5 "official nuclear powers" think it's only OK
for them to have mega-WMD.

Hey how about if the 5 nuclear powers said that possession of nukes was per
se "compatible with the demands of the international community,"
coz the vast bulk of the "international community ain't "nuclear
powers" & nuclear bombs are nasty things so....
