Hi Mark,
Looks like we'll be enjoying a surge in activity here in the RCM echo, since 
the RC_MODEL echo has evidently been dropped from backbone distribution.
The last message I got via the backbone there was dated Oct. 18. (aside from 
the few that still come via the regional links that still exist).
Any thoughts on this?
