Here is a related question: Currently I tend to start Vmodem each time
I want to make an internet connection using it (after I have connected
to my ISP using the Dial Other Providers api).
Is there any reason that I should not have Vmodem running all the time?
I.e. cause it to start when boot up happens? Does it take any
resources if it is not doing anything?
