Not everyone can afford 16 megs RAM.  And, relating this to the topic of this 
echo, you can't really "pirate" RAM, just steal it outright.
In addition, I would say that the average existing PC nowadays is a 486DX33 
w/ 8MB RAM (maybe less).  Anything less than 16MB RAM will cause a good deal 
of swapping, which tends to slow performance.  This applies, of course, to 
both Win95 and OS/2.

You're very naive to cite this as a reason.
