Seriously, a beautiful home with its own boat ramp and fish cleaning
station, right on the Rogue River in Grant's Pass, Oregon, just made for
a retirement of fishing and boating...
How could anyone with any common sense consider that off-topic in either
a BOATING or FISHING echo?
