Doesn't even matter. Because you can't just pay using your creditcard, 
you have to be member of Paypal, which includes you have to unveil all 
your personal affairs and records. To an organisation you haven't any 
controll of and which even doesn't comply to banking regulations.

That's OK if it is your choice for yourself, it's not OK if you are 
saying it's an easy way to go, for it isn't at all.
