There are a few of things I like about this. a) "Captured" - not "wasted". b) No collateral damage - a.k.a. no innocent deaths. c) It's public - which safeguards his rights until he faces a court. More of it - catch more of 'em - if indeed he proves to be guilty. But that's for a court to decide.
