None whatever.  Let them have the bomb.

MAD prevented war between the USA and USSR, and it's been a damn sight
quieter on th eIndian subcontinent since India and Pakistan went nuclear. 
I see it as a great force for peace in the Middle East.

It's pretty presumptive to assume that they would instantly use it.  On
whom?  Israel has a few hundred warheads it could retaliate with, and the
USA has over ten thousand - God knows why.
