Do you have a source for that ? The little I've seen indicates inflation in
Iraq is around 25% and lower than under Saddam .

I wonder just what they used to get the per capita income numbers. Did they
include any of the outside contractors, security forces( Non Military) etc
which would definitely skew the numbers.
