JS>VH>And don't they leave long, interesting blood blisters on the palm
JS>VH>of your hand. :-)
JS>I picked up a cheap knock off of the Sog Toolclip from Sprotsman's guide
JS>a little while ago. Not nearly as sleek as the gerber, and it does not
JS>have a belt clip like my friend's Sog does. It looks like it could be
JS>usable, it has a nice big awl/can opener blade on it. Kind of a stubby
JS>longnose pliers, big flat blade knife too. The big screwdriver is on the
JS>end of the serrated blade though, so you really can't bear down on it.
JS>For $10 though it's worth it to play with and see what it's really good
JS>for. The Gerber is still my favorite, and in no small part due to the
JS>fact I deal with hot things all day, so they are very handy to whip out
JS>and grab something hot with.
They also are good for things like getting a stuck cap off the nipple.
I've used mine that way many a time.
