Makes the $3.00 per (US) gallon here not look so bad.  Of course we tend to
put many more miles on here. I have no idea what the price will be in
Azerbaijan, though I don't think I will be driving so many miles there and
won't have my car probably until the end of summer.  Probably going to hire
a driver for the first 3 months or so.
