PARIS (AFP) - All five permanent members of the UN Security Council and
Germany agree  Iran's nuclear programme "is not compatible with the
demands of the international community," a French official said after
envoys wrapped up a meeting in Paris. Senior political directors from
Britain, China, France, Russia and United States, as well as Germany,
"all showed their concern over the development of this
programme," said foreign ministry spokesman Jean-Baptiste Mattei.
 He added that they agreed to pursue discussions on the issue at the
 foreign minister level in New York next Monday -- advancing by a day a
 scheduled gathering -- with the aim of reaching a "firm" decision.


This is all wrapped up in diplomacy at this time and you are blind to the
fact it isn't only the USA that believes Iran is in violation and shouldn't
be allowed to develop nuclear weapons.
