Not with a manual gearbox. I'll grant you that I haven't tried it myself,
but I've done 200+kmh (what, like 125mph I think) on a 1.8 litre Honda,
which is supposed to have less than 200hp, so I don't think it's that
difficult to hit 150mph with 250hp. Slick and light car without a slushbox
leaking the power, that ought to do it.
