About all you should need to do is drill out the main jet to flow about twice 
as much fuel as now and fill the tank with alcohol, Roland.
I'd disassemble the carb, use small drills in the main jet to find the 
present size. Calculate the area of the hole, then figure out how big to 
drill it to get twice the area.
You'll no doubt have to use a squirt can with gasoline (shot into the air 
intake) to get 'er going, but it should run fine. You hopefully have a carb 
with an adjustable main jet; if it has enough adjustment, you might not even 
need to drill it out.
