It came out on video in late 1989 or 90.  Disney's Customer Service does not 
have an ETA on it's next release.
I do have a few original sealed copies here left and one of the CAV laserdisc 
editions for sale, but they're quite pricy, based on their current collector 
value.  If you're interested, let me know...
