HP> SP> indented, and babies grow at each indentation. I'm sorry I can't
HP> SP> track down its botanical name.
HP>I have a botanical name now, it is Kalanchoe Tubiflora or another is
HP>Kalanchoe Daigremontiana Tubiflora. I just remembered myself that
nother
HP>name for it was Mother of Millions.
SP> Any time I get such a profligate plant, I usually end up going
SP> -ARRRRGGGHHHH! and ditching the whole thing. I have babies growing
SP> in all the neighbouring pots, or laying developing on the
SP> windowsills, or something equally messy. :-)
Yep, that can happen. But I would still like to get one when we get back
from England just to see if it is what I remember.
HP> SP> will root also. At one point, I had 50 or 60 of them in various
HP> SP> stages of "pregnancy" lying on the windowsill. :-)
HP>This doesn't sound like the one I'm looking for.
SP> Most people would clean them off their windowsills, but I was
SP> brainwashed to save every saveable baby. It's taken a long time to
SP> refrain from potting all the babies and then finding room till I
SP> find homes. Sorta like giving away free kittens. :-)
Oh yes, been there, done that!
HP>Thanks for the thought any way! . I'll be leaving all my plants
HP>in the hands of my mother for almost a month, as well as my dog and cat.
HP>Going to England to spend Christmas with our daughter.
SP> How lovely. Pack some woolies, although I think British ones are
SP> finer quality. Have a good time, Helen, and drop in here when you
SP> get back.
I intend to enjoy myself and look forward to chatting with you when I get
back
Helen
