This is the std gov line mucho used by the likes of Burma etc.

A) "We won't talk about internal security/intel matters" B)
"You can't believe the victims coz of course they have an agenda to
damage the security of the state as that's why they were picked up in the
first place"
C) "Unless you get both sides of the story you're biased". D) You
