Of course you said there would never be a resolution .  I think
there will be some sort of resolution invoking Chapter 7.  Somehow it will
be worded under Chapter 7 and will not mention force or sanctions at all.
Reading some articles on the Russians sites make me believe this more and
more.

Russia has recognized the necessity to accept the new resolution of United
Nations Security council for the Iranian nuclear program. According to the
Russia United Nations Ambassador Vitaly Tchurkin, Moscow does not agree
with some items offered by the USA, Great Britain in the France draft
resolution, however supports acceptance of the document.
