Couldn't think of the name of it...so was looking at the main page website. ;)

Spent much of today (when I could stay awake) trying to install Warp 4 to
Virtualbox on my AMD system. Will spend a few minutes tomorrow to see what I
can do.

 SD> Make sure you buy the commercial license.  Better support.

If I can get Warp installed...may not need to...especially since no matter
how great we know it is...not sure if I can justify the cost. Will just wait
& see. Haven't filed my taxes yet...so have at least 3-4 weeks to think about
it.
