WC>I've had many good experiences weith Win - Linux dual boot. WC>Several instances where damage occured and I repaired it losing nothing WC>with Linux. WC>Rest assured though that though there will be a number of partitions WC>on the new drive Windows will not inhabit the machine at all. WC>I had one last bad experience with that O.S. and I'm definately WC>through with it. Unless one needs a special Nitch Program, LIKE accounting that the LINUX offerings just don't measure up one could I guess get along quite well. I poosabibly could actualy BUT I jsut am tried with SCREWING with the Command line. And untill LINUX makes the instal la little more "User Friendly" I will continue ot pass and say "NO THANK YOU". Yuo konw they used to make many JOKES about the Windows "Plug and PRAY". Well the real joke about "Plug and Play" has shifted to LINUX. --- þ SLMR 2.1a þ This note from El Cajon California USA* Origin: Try Our Web Based QWK: DOCSPLACE.ORG (1:123/140) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 123/140 500 106/2000 633/267 |
