EMX can create either OS/2 or DOS apps (using it's own 32-bit DOS
extender).  Also, IMHO, EMX is more fully featured, ports UN*X applications
easily, is under more consistant development, and has less restrictive
licencing arrangements.  I run EMX 0.8g here and will announce when 0.9a is
available (should be fairly soon...)
