For program objects with customized icons, the custom icon is not displayed
as a title-bar icon when the program is started, instead the default
OS/2 or DOS title-bar icon is displayed. Warp is installed on an HPFS drive,
and this problem happened after a normal shutdown. This also happens
in a PM program I wrote, which used to display the icon specified
in a .RC file. What's the problem?
