Make sure it has the EMU10K1 chipset. See if this link works:

If not, just search "live!" in www.pricewatch.com or anywhere you wish.
I purchased a retail version from the above company after browsing on
pricewatch. I didn't go for the cheapest because I wanted at least the
non-os2 drivers and software included.

It sounds good, but cannot use internal midi in os2. It is supposed to
be able to work with external midi devices using RTMIDI.
