That's the discount rate. Be thankful that I'm not part of the Canuckian
bureaucracy... they'd want not only the $127.50, but also duty, shipping
and handling for your receipt, and 6% GST (gouged and screwed tax). And if
I was a bureaucrat in Quebec, there'd also be a PST (poutine and sauvignon
tax), HST (human sexuality tax), and LST (language security tax) added on.
