Anyone know how to make multiple references to a footnote (in wp 6.0, 6.1 or 
7.0)?
 
In other words, if you end a sentence and create footnote #1, then create 
footnote #2 a few sentences later, then a few sentences later need to 
reference footnote #1 -- how can you do it?  Obviously, you could just insert 
a superscripted "1", but that's not linked to the footnote.  If footnote #1 
later becomes #2 (by adding a footnote earlier in the document), that 
superscripted footnote would need to be manually edited.
 
Suggestions?
