Played the same game here with similar results, but I carried HPFS
support forward from NT 3.51 to NT 4 and it works like a charm - FYI.
Simple question for you re. NT.  How do you get Internet Explorer,
Mail, etc. to pick up the TCPIP linkage?  I can dial and logon fine but
I can't get apps to link in.  
Compared to Warp Server - or just Warp 4 - NT leaves me cold.  I
really miss all the OS/2 apps and tools right out of the box.  We are
trying to do an objective comaprison between the two systems but either
my OS/2 background is in the way or something. I spend more time
wandering around NT's desktop trying to find functions than I do using
it!
Have you evaluated system speed yet?  I'm seeing significant speed
advantages with Warp Server, but that may be just our setup.
