So your ideas about feedback on various IGMs is something I'm not able to handle. Try to convince Lloyd Hannesson to get his Lord IGMs database back up to speed, and then use it to rate the IGMs. Or get the database PHP files from him, and get it to work again, for yourself. My own Gem Trader LORD IGM is nearly ready for release, but I don't have any feedback yet on how it works in BBS usage. Work on Lpedit utility is finished, other than final testing, and code cleanup. All 24 marriage scenarios that can arise in normal Lord play are now fully covered, including all the interactions with Violet and the Bard. I'll be resuming work soon on my rewrite/recompile of The Outhouse IGM, and am working on getting Chris MacPherson's Pawn Shop IGM working. I'm in no hurry to return to Outlands Tavern, so it is on standby, until I have some ideas in my head as to what random actions would be good for various Food/Drink purchases there. No point really in planning any other work on Jason Brown's LORD IGMs as long as there is no beta people can use of Lord's Windows port. My earlier beta testing team all appear to gone to sleep lately, other than Charlie Wardick who is still helping me with Pawn Shop, Gem Trader, and Lpedit work. So does anyone want to do beta testing of those three programs, along with Outhouse, when it is ready for testing? First release draft of LordNews Issue #13 has been prepared by Rick Parrish, and can be viewed at his web-site, at: www.mannsoft.ca/lordnews/. There's not a lot there, since no one apparently has bothered to send him anything for it, other than myself. I'm not in a LordNews mood again yet, so won't get back into newsletter work for awhile longer. The current draft covers my own programming, Rick's work, Duncan Idaho, and Mike Dillon. I hope everyone is having a nice Christmas holiday season so far. Will catch up eventually on posting recent lord-related files to the FDN site. Not much happening these past months in LORD files work. http://www.geocities.com/donaldtidmore/camelot5.html http://www.filegate.net/camelot/.
