This is one of those infuriating things.  The software is obviously a heap
of crud, and the guy brings out updates once every 5 years.  You don't
seriously think that this could be a problem with my setup do you?  Anyway,
can I suggest you become a point, to avoid any problems with bodgy
software?  Or you could try uploading the packet before doing the download.
 Anthony had a similar strange problem where the download didn't work the
first time.  Honestly, you avoid so much crappy software if you become a
point...   BFN.
