Infanticide is an issue in California, Virginia, and New York. These states 
allow the death penalty for all babies up to an including their birthday.

Babies aren't given immunity from execution until they reach 1 day old, but 
that's because it's only 2020; by 2030, Democrats will give parents even more
time than that to decide if they really want their kids or not. Maybe we 
should see how they do in preschool first? If they do good, we keep em. If 
they do poorly, we take them to planned parenthood for what planned parenthood
calls "Plan A."

We'll see how true that statistic turns out to be on election day.
