I got a lost carrier on the mail this morning.  I'm repolling now.  I
thought my system was set up to poll twice now if there was a disaster. 
That was what Dave Hatch told me to do anyway, perhaps David Begley knows?

This is the relevant spot in my binkley.cfg.  Why didn't it try again when
carrier was lost part way through transmission?
