yes. I've seen that point many a time. I've got many otherwise wonderfull 
programs which don't/can't work because the author(s) decided that no-one 
would ever want to use them on a drive other than C, or no-one would ever 
want to copy a file from one disk to another, so in effect they're useless.
Code to use rename if it's not across multiple drives and copy+del if it is 
across multiple drives, or code to use only copy+del.
