     The rumor is that the standard will be mostly X2..
     and the log jam has been broken and a tentative
     agreement has been reached.. approval is expected
     at the Jan Meeting...
     So sometime in Feb we should be getting the Upgrade
     software posted on the Internet..ect..
     USR has said it would be FREE...
   
     (they were losing too much money in Sales while they
      fought over ' Who Got What"
