g0> Do you want your BBS to display correctly only when using SyncTerm, or do g0> you want it to display accurately when using all ANSI BBS terminals? All, of course. I usually test with the popular 3 terminals of today to make sure things display properly. This is where a lot of the removing the 80th column in ansis has come into play over the years. g0> Anyway, I suspect you may be talking about a different problem all g0> together since you mentioned the status line turning off thing. Nah. When you save an 80x24 ansi, and display it in a terminal without the status bar on, it displays fine because it wraps to the 25th line which can be displayed on the screen without scrolling up. You've explained this already, I may have just confused you with the wording I used.
