Computer recycling fair?  How did that work?  I was looking at a web site a
while back for an outfit that did this sort of thing,  where they charged
people fees to take their old computers.  Imagine that,  getting bunches of
old computer junk to play with and getting money for taking it,  too!  I
don't quite have a grip on how that would work,  though...
