Not really. The full stomach only helps alleviate the gastritis caused by
the irritant of the chemical itself. The ulcers come from the drug inhibit
the COX-1 enzyme, which protects mucosa like the stomach lining. You can
get ulcers evwn from intravenous administration of NSAIDs. Aspirin too.
