Possibly it is unless proper release is given for these--depends upon the
laws in each state.  Although I cannot speak for NC, here in NM, it is very
specific and restrictive.  Much as if you had taken pictures of people and
sold them, the newspaper cannot print them unless they are part of a
"newsworthy" article.  This is one of the pleasures of being a non-famous
person. Matt could explain this in more detail if he wishes.
 
Now I am wondering what to do with our school's web pages?  I bet I will have 
to clear them through the principal also.
