 Hi Sam,
 In the 4+ years I've used TeleMate w/ Zmodem, I've had no problems
 with it.  Got 4.20 the day it came out, used on 3 modems (9600, 14k4,
 & now 28k8) no problems & 3200+ cps on a good 28k8 connect.
